The $125,000 Group Three Silver Shadow Stakes (1200m) will light up Sydney’s Warwick Farm Racecourse on Saturday afternoon, as it hosts the Warwick Stakes Day.
If you are looking to place a bet on the action hitting the track this weekend then head to Ladbrokes.com.au to find the best deals online.
There are a few clear standout fillies set to be hot favourites among the odds at Ladbrokes.com.au – one of which is Obsequious.
The three-year-old comes into the jump off the back of an emphatic win in the $125,000 Group Three San Domenico Stakes (100m), defying the odds to beat another Silver Shadow Stakes runner Solar Charged.
Both have drawn the disadvantaged wider barriers, with Obsequious in barrier 10 and Solar Charged in 12, but are still set as smart punts through Ladbrokes.com.au.
Nash Rawiller looks set to return to serious action this Saturday after overcoming pneumonia, with the champion hoop set to guide Solar Charged.
With the slightly more favoured barrier three, Chance Bye is a strong candidate for the 2010 Silver Shadow Stakes, and could certainly be worth a punt with Ladbrokes.com.au.
The Snitzel filly emphatically won the $200,000 Group Two Silver Slipper Stakes (1100m), but ran a disappointing ninth in her next run – the Golden Slipper (1200m).
However partnering up with rider Kathy O’Hara once more stands the filly in good stead, and could emerge into spring action with a strong jump this Saturday.
So if you wish to bet on the 2010 Silver Shadow Stakes or indeed any race this weekend then head to Ladbrokes.com.au. There you will find the latest odds and a huge array of markets – so don’t miss out!
