Bjorn Baker will line up two of the eight runners in tomorrow’s 2013 Silver Shadow Stakes at Warwick Farm Racecourse.
Both Killcareless and Twilight Royale are scheduled to run in the race on their home turf in the 2013 Silver Shadow Stakes.
Killcareless will be having just her fourth career start when she lines up for the 2013 Silver Shadow Stakes this weekend.
The More Than Ready filly has won one of her three starts to date and has earned more than $31,000 in prize money during her short career.
Her last start win came in the $40,000 Australian Turf Club Handicap at Warwick Farm Racecourse on August 14.
“Killcareless is a last-start winner over the same course, stepping up,” Baker said.
“She is a nice filly and we will see if she is up to this grade. She has fitness on her side, which is a positive.”
Twilight Royale will be having her first start for the spring carnival when she runs in tomorrow’s 2013 Silver Shadow Stakes.
The Testa Rossa filly has won three of her five race starts ad has earned more than $467,000 in prize money.
Never having finished worse than second in her five runs, Twilight Royale won her last start in the Group 2 Sires’ Produce Stakes at Flemington in March.
“We have set her for the Princess Series because she has always looked to be a filly that will get over a bit of ground,” Baker said.
“That is a long way in the future and she is a very good filly and should be competitive on Saturday, which what we are concentrating on at the moment.”
